It is important to obtain your reservations for Festivals and
Holidays as soon as you know you are coming. We suggest you make
reservations at least 6 months in advance to ensure that you have
accommodations and have a fun time without worrying about where your
going to stay.
ALL pricing is a FLAT rate, and ALREADY includes
taxes
Your room key will open either of
the side doors for easy access to your room, the back doors of the
building go up to the second floor, while the side doors go to the
bottom floor.
The lobby hours are 7 a.m. to 10
p.m., however the microwave in the lobby can be used at any time. Of
course coffee and tea are served in the mornings, every morning,
snacks and ice cold bottled water are $1 each.
We are a
NON-SMOKING facility. Smoking is permitted on your patio or balcony,
chairs and ashtrays are provided.
$15.00 fee per stay
If you bring a pet into your room without paying the
small one-time $15.00 fee, you will be subject to a $200.00 fine.
Pet Carrier required
No pets may be left unattended in the room at any time. NO
EXCEPTIONS
For the safety of our guests & your pet, no pets are permitted in
the pool area.
Please be considerate when walking your pet & clean up after it.
Please do not leave your pet unattended in your car on the premises.
You have up to 48 hours before you are due to arrive
to safely cancel your reservation.
If you do not cancel prior to the 48 hour period or you do not show,
your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee equal to your
first night's stay.

We have outdoor seasonal pool that is open 7 a.m. to
11 p.m. Children must have an adult present at all times.
For the 2010 season, Continental Breakfast will
start on Mothers Day Weekend.
During winter we will NOT be serving Continental
Breakfast, (Dec 1 - June 1),
Summer: Continental Breakfast will be served WEEKENDS ONLY!
